Event and Decorator Services Provided by Pearu Sardar and Sons

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all event planning and decoration services provided by Pearu Sardar and Sons to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms, which together with our quotations and service agreements, govern Pearu Sardar and Sons' relationship with you in relation to your event.

 

2. Services

2.1. Scope of Services: Pearu Sardar and Sons agrees to provide event planning and decoration services as detailed in the service agreement and any subsequent service orders agreed upon by both parties.

2.2. Changes to Services: Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing. Additional charges may be applicable for changes that extend or modify the scope of services originally contracted.

 

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Deposit and Payment: A  deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required at the time of booking to secure the event date and services. The remaining balance is due at least 2 days prior to the event date.

 3.2. Late Payments: Late payments may incur late fees at a rate of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance.

 

4. Cancellations

4.1. By Client: If the client cancels the services more than 7 days before the event, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within 2 days of the event will result in a forfeiture of all payments made.

4.2. By Pearu Sardar and Sons: Should Pearu Sardar and Sons need to cancel the contracted services for any reason other than force majeure, all payments, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Information: The client must provide all necessary information regarding the event requirements and guest accommodations, if applicable, in a timely manner.

5.2. Access and Permissions: The client is responsible for acquiring any necessary permissions, licenses, and other consents prior to the start of the event. The client must ensure that Pearu Sardar and Sons has access to the venue at the agreed times for setup and breakdown.


6. Liability

6.1. Pearu Sardar and Sons will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond Pearu Sardar and Sons' reasonable control, including mechanical, electronic, or communications failure.

6.2. The liability of Pearu Sardar and Sons under these terms and conditions shall be limited to the total amount of fees payable by the client under the contract.

 

7. Insurance

Clients are encouraged to obtain event insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the event or its cancellation.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, logos, and trademarks produced by Pearu Sardar and Sons in connection with the services provided to the client are proprietary to Pearu Sardar and Sons unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall first be addressed through negotiation and mediation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which Pearu Sardar and Sons operates.

 

10. Amendments

Pearu Sardar and Sons reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Such amendments will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on the company’s website.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Pearu Sardar and Sons is located.

Dhaka Ladies Club Decorator Services Provided by Pearu Sardar & Sons

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pearu Sardar & Sons. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of Dhaka Ladies Club Decorator services provided by us and are intended to protect both you and our business. By booking our decorator services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.


2. Booking and Cancellation

2.1. Booking Deposit: A booking deposit must be paid at the time of reservation. The balance is due on the event date.

2.2. Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation occurs less than 2 days before the event date, the client is liable for 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations less than 12 hours before the event will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking cost.

2.3. Cancellation by Pearu Sardar & Sons: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a booking, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date, at the client's preference.


3. Use of Facilities

3.1. The facilities must be used only for the purposes agreed upon and within the time frame specified in the booking agreement.

3.2. The client agrees to conduct their event in an orderly manner, in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.


4. Liability and Damages

4.1. Liability: Pearu Sardar & Sons shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property of the client or their guests occurring within the premises. 

4.2. Damages: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the banquet hall facilities, furnishings, or equipment by any act, omission, or negligence of the client or their guests.


5. Chargeable Extras

5.1. Decorations: Special decoration services are available for an additional fee. 

5.2. Audio/Visual Equipment: Rental of specialized audio/visual equipment is available for an additional fee.

5.3. Extended Hours: Use of the venue beyond the agreed time is chargeable.

5.4. Additional Services: Additional services such as premium chair cover, imported table cover, and special lighting effects are available upon request and will be charged based on the services rendered.


7. Changes to Terms

Pearu Sardar & Sons reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.


8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh in which Pearu Sardar & Sons operates.


Pearu Catering Services

1. Introduction

Welcome to Pearu Sardar & Sons. We are committed to providing our clients with exceptional catering services tailored to personal and corporate events. Our terms and conditions aim to outline the framework of our service delivery to ensure a seamless experience.

 

2. Service Description

Pearu Sardar & Sons offers catering services for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and private parties. Our services include meal preparation, buffet setup, and event-specific customization of menu items.

 

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Booking: Clients are required to book services at least 1 days in advance. A booking is confirmed once a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost has been paid.

3.2. Payment: The balance is due on the event date. We accept payments via cash, credit card, bank transfer, or check.

3.3. Late Payment: Late payments may incur a penalty of 5% of the outstanding amount per week overdue.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Client Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 1 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 1 days before the event will require payment of 50% of the total estimated cost.

4.2. Company Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we must cancel, we will provide a full refund and do our best to suggest alternative catering services.

 

5. Menu and Dietary Requirements

Clients can select from our standard menus or request a custom menu. All dietary needs should be communicated at least 2 days in advance. We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies with prior notice.

 

6. Service Delivery

We will deliver and set up all necessary catering equipment and food items at least 12 hours before the event begins. The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue has adequate space and facilities as discussed during the booking process.

 

7. Changes to Services

Requests for changes to service details, such as guest count or menu items, must be made at least 1 days prior to the event. We will endeavor to accommodate last-minute changes but cannot guarantee availability.

 

8. Compliance and Licensing

We adhere to all local health and safety regulations and maintain all necessary licenses required to operate a catering service.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these terms and conditions will first be attempted to resolve through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with local laws.
